Payments must be completed at checkout, Orders will not be processed until payment in confirmed.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect pricing and reserve the right to cancel such orders.

5. Shipping Policy (Online Orders)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on carrier.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier (USPS), SB Barber Supply is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. In-Store Purchases:

All in-store purchases are considered final.

7. Returns & Exchanges:

Non-Refundable Items:

All Consumable items are final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Trimmers, Clippers, & Shavers:

Returns for trimmers, clippers, and shavers are subject to approval and must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, not torn or damaged.
  • The item must show no signs of use.
  • If any trace of use is found, the return will be denied, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Shipping Damage

If your item has been damaged during transit:

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • We recommend keeping all original packaging materials for inspection.

General Return Conditions:

  • We do not accept returns based on buyer's remorse.
  • Items that are faulty or defective must be handled directly through the manufacturer. Please contact them for assistance.
  • Any item that has been damaged after accepting delivery-whether intentionally or accidentally-will not be eligible for return and will be denied.
