Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any issues that occur during transit must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If any order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:
- The original shipping cost will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- The customer will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee to have the order re-shipped.
- If we do not receive a response with an updated address within 2 business days of delivery failure notification, the order ay be cancelled at our discretion.
- You will receive a full refund for any items that return to us with no damage.
- Any items that are returned to us with damage will be partially refunded.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather condition, or other circumstances beyond our control.
