Non-Refundable Items:
All Consumable items are final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Trimmers, Clippers, & Shavers:
Returns for trimmers, clippers, and shavers are subject to approval and must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging, not torn or damaged.
- The item must show no signs of use.
- If any trace of use is found, the return will be denied, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Shipping Damage
If your item has been damaged during transit:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- We recommend keeping all original packaging materials for inspection.
General Return Conditions:
- We do not accept returns based on buyer's remorse.
- Items that are faulty or defective must be handled directly through the manufacturer. Please contact them for assistance.
- Any item that has been damaged after accepting delivery-whether intentionally or accidentally-will not be eligible for return and will be denied.
